By accessing our website at BizAllyPro.com or engaging our services, you ("Client", "User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our website and services.

BizAllyPro provides corporate document preparation, state filing assistance, registered agent coordination, Employer Identification Number (EIN) preparation assistance, digital website design, and general business administrative management. You acknowledge that we act strictly as your authorized third-party representative for filing administrative paperwork upon your explicit instruction.

The information provided on BizAllyPro.com and by our representatives is for informational and administrative purposes only. BizAllyPro is not an attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or licensed financial advisory firm. We do not evaluate the legal or financial suitability of your business structure. If you require legal or tax counsel, you should consult an independent licensed attorney or tax professional.
4. Client Responsibilities & Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information regarding yourself and your proposed business entities. BizAllyPro is not responsible for filing delays, government rejections, or administrative penalties resulting from incorrect, fraudulent, or outdated information supplied by the Client.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees for our service packages and separate government filing fees are clearly displayed before checkout. By submitting payment through our secure payment gateway (powered by Stripe), you authorize BizAllyPro to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed amount.
State filing fees are collected on behalf of the respective state Secretary of State offices and are strictly non-refundable once the filing has been submitted to the state authority.
6. Processing Times and Deliverables
Estimated turnaround times (e.g., 3-7 business days) are guidelines based on historical government processing averages. We make diligent efforts to submit all filings promptly; however, actual government processing times, state system maintenance, IRS backlogs, and holidays are beyond our direct control and do not constitute a breach of contract.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BizAllyPro, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Florida.
