Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At BizAllyPro, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Because our services involve third-party government filings and immediate labor upon order submission, we maintain a clear and transparent refund policy designed to protect both our clients and our operations.

2. Cancellation Prior to Government Submission

If you request to cancel your order before we have submitted your documents to the Secretary of State or the IRS, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of both our service fees and the state filing fees, minus any nominal merchant processing fee (3%).

3. Cancellation After Government Submission

Once your formation documents, Articles of Organization, or EIN applications have been officially submitted to the state government or the IRS:

• Government Filing Fees: Are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance, as these payments are retained directly by the respective government treasury.
• BizAllyPro Service Fees: Once our document preparation and submission work has been completed, service fees are non-refundable.

4. Money-Back Formation Guarantee

If BizAllyPro fails to obtain approval for your U.S. company formation due to an internal administrative error or filing defect attributable directly to our team, and we are unable to rectify it, we will issue a 100% full refund of all BizAllyPro service fees.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund or cancellation request, please contact our support team:

1. Email billing@bizallypro.com or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and full legal name.
2. Our billing department will review your submission status within 24 business hours.
3. Approved refunds are credited back to the original card or payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage all clients to reach out directly to our dedicated support team prior to initiating a dispute with their bank or credit card company. Most concerns, corrections, or expedited filings can be resolved quickly by our team without the delays associated with bank disputes.
